How the Contest Works

Upon registering through the "Contest" section, participants receive a demo contest account via email on the first day of the contest, credited with a fixed $1,000 virtual balance. Trading is open across all instruments available on the Loyal Primus platform, including forex, commodities, and crypto. Only the contest period itself — September 7 to October 2, 2026 — counts toward the final results.

Only closed trades count toward the percentage gain calculation; any positions still open when the contest ends are excluded. Every position must also be held for a minimum of 3 minutes — trades closed faster than that are invalidated and excluded from the final calculation.

Fair Participation Rules

Loyal Primus enforces its standard abuse-prevention rules for this contest, including bans on:

  • Arbitrage or scalping EAs that open and close trades in under 3 seconds.
  • Bad-faith hedging — deliberately taking equal and opposite positions in the same or highly correlated instrument, with no genuine trading intent, whether on one account or across multiple accounts.
  • Deceptive IP practices, including running multiple accounts from the same IP address, using anonymous proxy servers, or using dynamic IPs in a way that obscures account identity.

Any of these will result in immediate disqualification under the Company's Terms of Business.

Restricted Countries

This promotion is not available to residents or citizens of: Afghanistan, Bangladesh, China, Cuba, India, Iran, Israel, Kenya, North Korea, Nigeria, Pakistan, Poland, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, United States, Vietnam, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.

Prizes and How to Claim

RankPrize
1st PlaceUSD 700 Credit Bonus
2nd PlaceUSD 500 Credit Bonus
3rd PlaceUSD 200 Credit Bonus

Prizes are credited to winners' real trading accounts as trading credit, not cash, and are non-transferable. To claim a prize, winners need an active, fully verified, and approved Loyal Primus live account, and each client can receive only one reward. Winners have 30 days from the announcement to claim their prize; unclaimed prizes after that window are forfeited. Loyal Primus can also withhold or revoke a prize if the winner is found to have breached contest rules or engaged in unauthorized trading practices.

Regulatory Overview: What to Check Before Participating

Loyal Primus's regulatory picture is layered and worth understanding before depositing real funds. Loyal Primus (PTY) LTD is licensed in South Africa by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) under FSP number 51830 — generally considered a Tier-2 regulator. Separately, Loyal Primus is associated with an ASIC representative license (No. 001310112) in Australia, which reflects an Authorised Representative arrangement rather than the broker holding its own independent AFSL.

The broker's main operating entity, however, is registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines as an International Business Company — a business registration rather than a financial trading license, since the SVG framework does not specifically regulate forex or CFD activity. For most international clients, it's this offshore-registered entity that governs the account relationship, not the FSCA or ASIC-linked entities. Independent broker-monitoring platforms have also recorded a recurring pattern of user complaints involving accounts being frozen or disabled shortly after clients request withdrawals, particularly when in profit. Given this, it's worth confirming which specific Loyal Primus entity would service your account, and reviewing recent withdrawal-related user feedback, before depositing funds beyond what's needed to claim a contest prize.

What Traders Should Know Before Participating

  • The 3-minute minimum hold time rules out ultra-short-term scalping as a contest strategy — trades need to be held longer to count.
  • Only closed trades count, so make sure to close out positions before the contest deadline rather than leaving them open.
  • Claiming a prize requires a fully verified live account, not just the demo account used in the contest — factor in KYC processing time if you're aiming to claim quickly.
  • Given the mixed regulatory picture and reported withdrawal complaints, treat any live account funding beyond what's needed to claim the prize with appropriate caution.
  • Check the restricted countries list carefully, since eligibility is determined by residency/citizenship rather than just where you're trading from.

Pre-Participation Notice: Contest terms, eligibility, and the prize structure are set by Loyal Primus and may be modified, suspended, or cancelled at the Company's discretion. Confirm current terms directly with Loyal Primus before registering.

Risk Disclaimer: Trading forex and CFDs involves leverage and carries a high risk of loss, including the possibility of losing more than your initial deposit.
