ZXCM Samurai Demo Trading Contest: $150,000 Prize Pool — No Capital at Risk
ZX Capital Markets Ltd (ZXCM) has launched the Samurai Demo Trading Contest, a competitive trading challenge with a $150,000 total prize pool. How Prize Conversion Works
All prizes are awarded as non-withdrawable trading credit credited to the winner's live ZXCM account. To convert the credit into withdrawable cash, winners must complete the following volume target within 30 days:
Volume Target (lots) = Prize Value (USD) ÷ 10
For example, a $1,000 prize requires 100 lots of trading on the live account within 30 days. If the target is not met within 30 days, the credit remains as non-withdrawable trading margin and cannot be withdrawn.
Key Rules to Know Before Participating
- A verified live account is required to receive a prize. Winners without a live account must submit a verification request within 7 days of being awarded the prize — failure to do so results in forfeiture.
- Only closed trades on the live account count toward the volume target. Pending or cancelled orders are excluded.
- Trading credit can be used as margin while accumulating volume, but cannot be withdrawn until the target is met.
- Arbitrage, latency exploitation, bots, collusion, and multiple entries are strictly prohibited and result in disqualification. ZXCM's decision on rankings is final.
- The 30-day volume window is strict. A large prize means a large lot requirement — plan trading activity accordingly before accepting the credit.
What Traders Should Know
The volume conversion formula means that prize size directly determines how much you need to trade to unlock the cash. A larger prize is not always easier to use — a $10,000 prize requires 1,000 lots of live trading within 30 days, which is a significant commitment. Traders should assess their typical monthly volume before targeting higher prize tiers.
ZXCM is incorporated in Saint Lucia (registration number 2023-00378) — a relatively newer entity. Traders should verify current regulatory status and read all contest terms on the official ZXCM website before participating.
Risk note: This contest uses demo accounts — no real capital is at risk during the competition phase. However, converting prizes requires live account trading, which carries genuine market risk. CFD and forex trading involve significant risk of capital loss.
Full contest dates, prize structure, and details are published on the official ZXCM website.
