How to Participate

  • Fill in the registration form on the Traders Trust Trading Competitions page.
  • Verify your email address.
  • Trade with the $10,000 virtual credit balance on your assigned VIP demo account.

Only trades executed within the official competition window (August 1–31, 2026) count toward the final ranking. Automated trading via Expert Advisors is allowed, but Traders Trust reserves the right to disqualify strategies it considers abusive, latency-based, or arbitrage-driven.

Eligibility

  • Participants must be 18 or older and able to meet the criteria for opening a live account with Traders Trust.
  • Only traders based in LATAM or Japan qualify for this specific competition.
  • Each person may register only once; multiple accounts or profiles are grounds for disqualification.
  • Employees of Traders Trust, its affiliates, partners, and their immediate family or close associates are not eligible.
  • Accurate registration information is required — false data can result in disqualification at any stage.

Trading Rules & Disqualification Triggers

  • All trading must take place exclusively on the assigned demo account.
  • IP matches between participants, hedging between accounts, and arbitrage or quote-abuse trading are all explicit grounds for disqualification.
  • Participants with negative percentage performance are not eligible for prizes, regardless of ranking.
  • Traders Trust has sole discretion to reject or disqualify anyone it believes is engaging in fraudulent or unfair trading practices.

Winner Notification & Prize Claiming

  • Winners are notified via their registered email within approximately 7 days of the competition ending.
  • Winners must respond and complete any required steps within approximately 7 days of being contacted, or the prize is forfeited.
  • Winners may need to register a live trading account with Traders Trust if they don't already have one, and must complete KYC verification before the prize is delivered.
  • Forfeited prizes may be reassigned to another eligible participant or cancelled entirely, at Traders Trust's discretion.

Regulatory Overview

Traders Trust operates through two entities named in the official terms:

  • Traders Trust Ltd — incorporated in Seychelles, authorized and regulated by the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA) as a Securities Dealer under license SD141.
  • TTCM Traders Capital Limited — incorporated in Bermuda under the Companies Act 1981.

Neither Seychelles FSA nor Bermuda's corporate registration framework are top-tier financial regulators comparable to the FCA, ASIC, or CySEC. Seychelles FSA in particular is a commonly used offshore licensing jurisdiction with lighter oversight, capital requirements, and investor-protection mechanisms than tier-1 regulators. This doesn't necessarily indicate misconduct, but it does mean traders have fewer formal avenues for dispute resolution or fund recovery compared to accounts held with a tier-1 regulated entity.

What Traders Should Know

  • Live account and KYC required to claim: Winning the demo contest isn't the end of the process — you'll need to open (or already hold) a live Traders Trust account and pass KYC before the prize credits are released.
  • High leverage on the demo account: Up to 1:3000 leverage is offered during the contest, far higher than what's typically available — or advisable — in many regulated live-trading environments. This is worth remembering since demo performance under high leverage doesn't necessarily reflect realistic live-trading outcomes.
  • Percentage-based ranking rewards risk-taking: Because ranking is based on percentage return rather than consistency, the contest structure can incentivize aggressive, high-risk trading strategies in the closing days to climb the leaderboard.
  • Regional restriction: Only LATAM and Japan-based traders are eligible — confirm your region qualifies before registering.

Pre-Participation Checklist

  • Confirm you're a resident of an eligible LATAM country or Japan.
  • Complete registration and email verification before placing any contest trades.
  • Have documents ready for KYC verification in case you place in the top 8.
  • Review the full official Terms & Conditions PDF on the Traders Trust website for the most current rules, as terms can change without notice.

Risk Disclaimer

Trading forex, metals, indices, commodities, and cryptocurrency CFDs on margin carries a high level of risk, and it's possible to lose all invested capital. This competition is conducted entirely on a demo account and results in a simulated environment are not indicative of what's achievable in live trading. Traders Trust reserves the right to change the terms of the competition or cancel it at any time without prior notice. Always confirm current eligibility, rules, and prize terms directly with Traders Trust before participating, and consider the offshore regulatory status of the entities involved before depositing real funds.
