SPEC FX has launched a special trading contest called the NFP Forecast Challenge. Traders can predict the price movement of XAUUSD (Gold/USD) during the U.S. Non-Farm Payroll (NFP) release and win real cash prizes.

How to Participate

- Acording to broker participants must follow either the official social media page of broker.
- Fill Out the Forecast Form:
Complete the event form by selecting:
- Price Direction: Up / Down / Doji
- Forecast Value: Enter price with two decimal places (example: 3335.80)
- Edit Before Deadline: You can edit your forecast up to 1 hour before the NFP release.

How to Receive Your Prize

Evaluation Method
The result is based on the 1-minute XAUUSD candle at the exact NFP release time.
- Bullish: Open < Close
- Bearish: Open > Close
- Doji: Open ≈ Close
- Price Reference: Raw Bid price high/low from the SPEC FX chart (applies to ECN and Standard accounts)
Examples
Example 1 – Time Window:
If NFP is released at 21:30 (GMT+9), the submission deadline is 20:30 (GMT+9).
The evaluated candle is from 21:30:00 to 21:30:59.
Example 2 – How to Enter:
Choose Up / Down / Doji and enter your forecast value with two decimals.
If decimals are missing, pad with zero: 3335.8 → 3335.80.
